I had a very negative experience with this attorney. He initiated contact with me after obtaining my information from a third-party lead service, but spoke in a way that made it seem as though I had already contacted him and that he knew my situation well. This was confusing and misleading from the s...tart. Before providing any written agreement or paperwork, he focused on collecting a $5,000 retainer. Communication was poor throughout the case. Just before a court hearing, I was told that unless I sent additional payment, he would not attend. After I paid, he appeared but then failed to inform me of the outcome and became unresponsive for days. He later withdrew from my case without proper notice. I never received a final bill, itemized accounting, refund, or my case file despite repeated requests by email and through my new attorney. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious.
