Thanks to Leo, I am another father in texas who has won custody over the mother. Proving that it's not impossible. Leo was awesome, he is very knowledgeable about family law and knows his way around the courtroom. I would( and have already) recommend him to anyone seeking counsel in family law. Leo w...as always on top of things, he never failed to get back with me, and was very thourough when it came to my case. He came highly recommended to me, and now I see why. If you are in need of some counsel, give him a call first. His rates were totally affordable too. If there were more lawyers like Leo, Lawyers would have a better stereotype. Definately a first rate professional.

The process of dealing with issues in family court can be very arduous and frustrating. I always appreciated the fact that Leo was se...nsitive to my concerns as a client, and although very busy, he took the time to return calls, answer my many questions and provide reassurance and excellent advise throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Farias' performance and professionalism during trial in the courtroom (where it really matters). As a father, I must admit, I had braced myself for an unfavorable outcome due to an expectation that strong gender-bias still exists within many family courts. Leo's skill, experience and attention to detail during the trial resulted in a very favorable outcome on all four counts that afternoon. In closing, I am very pleased with his services and the results he achieved at trial. I highly recommend Mr. Farias.
