Jonathan J. Paull

I came home from a office party. Maybe drank a little too much. Jonathan was able to get the blood results tossed out or something. I do not really understand, but because Jonathan did what he did, the Prosecutors could not use my blood results against me. I am very lucky that I chose Jonathan to... represent me!!! He really understands the court system and how to get results.

JJ was very considerate and answered all of my questions. His knowledge of the court system was just what I need, he was top of the notch. His repor was great with the court staff. His secretary was very nice and very helpful. I am glad I hired him and would recommend him to anyone who finds thems...elves in an unfortunate situation.

I actually had another lawyer tell me I needed to write this review after he looked my case over and confirmed that Mr. Paull did absolutely nothing for me and I have a right to be mad. And yes, I am writing this anonymously as I am still dealing with the case. But be warned; Mr. Paull talks really B...IG but never follows through with any of it! He will tell you he's going to do so many different things for you but in the end never does. He is difficult to get in touch with, and never knows the case until he walks in court which is the only time you'll see him. He told me so many different things that he was going to do that the cops would have to prove, but he NEVER did them! When I would ask about these things he would pretty much brush me off and then bring up other things that would confuse me. Then I was rushed to "settle" after only 5 months, being led to believe that I was getting a "good deal", only to find out later that it was just the standard deal that the court gives. And he never even went to the ALR hearing! What a joke! Be warned: he just takes your money and doesn't do anything for you! If you need a good lawyer, look elsewhere.

This attorney is a great asset to have if you are in DWI trouble. He can make witnesses of the State look like total amateurs due to his vast knowledge of DWI information and the law regarding such cases. A good attorney if you can get on his good side. He also is well known in the court room by ...other attorneys and the judge; sometimes that can be seen as a negative if a client is not used to seeing a lawyer have a good time at what he does best.
