Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever!!

Mr. Jim was hired to represent my son. He had my son to sign documents that he himself did not review. This document played a major part in my sons sentence. I paid Mr. Jim $6500. My son was sentenced to 25years at the age of 17. Mr. Jim did not represent my son in the best way.

Court appointed attorney would have done BETTER

Didn't do anything to help on my case....Explained that I had nothing to do with what I was being charged with . .his respons " everyone says there innocent" I spent one year in jail in Harris county and the only time I saw Sims was in court .Although he told me he would be coming to see me never di...d . .I paid him 3500.00 for absolutely nothing! Won't ever hire him again for anything!!!! I should have just got a court appointed attorney ...I would have gotten a better deal!!

Great attorney

I was recommended to attorney Simms by a friend and he's been my go to ever since. Always answers the phone and is always ready to go to battle. I've recommended friends and family to attorney Simms and he's delivered for them also.

Excellent attorney for anyone who needs legal help.

Mr. Sims is an excellent Attorney. I would absolutly recommend him to anyone that I know that needs legal help. Mr. Sims' cost were more reasonable than at least 5 other Attorney's I had spoke would concerning my legal situation and that is absolutly no lie. My case was a very serious case. I had bee...n told it would take at least one year to be resolved after waiting the initial first year. I went to Mr. Sims after waiting the first year and he got my case resolved in 1 month. Hire James Sims, you will be glad that you had.
