James Mount is pleasant surprise, I have to say, as he is my court appointed attorney for a case I have currently. I took a chance on him because of how he handled himself in court with his other clients. He is sharp, on point and he knows his stuff. He advised me on the best course of action and I ...trust him implicitly. Court appointed attorneys have gotten a negative reputation at times because of the tired adage that they “just go through the motions” and not have to really get entrenched and go to bat for their clients. The state of Texas now reviews everyone of their cases and they are held to a high standard which is great for the general populace of course. I highly recommend this man if you need a seasoned and smart attorney. Great job James. It is refreshing to witness someone who genuinely cares for his/her clients and handles himself with aplomb and class.

I had never been in any type of legal situation till 3 years ago. Mr. Mount stuck with me all those years and explained to me step by step on what was going on. he made it very clear to me since day 1 what would happend and he was not wrong. It made me feel confident and comfortable about my case. An...d let me tell you my case was no walk in the park I was in a very serious situation that could have gotten very ugly. But thanks to Mr. Mount's knowledge and hard work to my case, 3 years later my family and I ar able to enjoy and go on with our lives.
