My hopes are that you’ve taken the time to read my review of Mr. Khawaja. What this man did for my son was way beyond my expectations! I was completely filled with fear after my son was arrested for a felony charge along with a DUI. I’m telling you now, if you or your loved one has been charged with ...any type of crime this is the lawyer to hire! He got the felony completely dismissed along with no probation, no fine and only a few days in county jail for the DUI. I am being completely honest when I say don’t hire a different attorney, hire this man, he is absolutely amazing at his job and will shock you with his results. I am so grateful to him and want anyone and everyone else in the Houston area to not confuse themselves with the never-ending list of attorneys out there and call his office. You won’t regret it for one moment. I am so thankful for being referred to him and want others to know how competent he is. From the bottom of my heart thank you Mr. Khawaja, you saved my son from a 2-10 sentence in prison!

Thank you for saving our boy! He is a great kid with real mental health issues and Mr. Khawaja was just a super professional. Thank you so much Mr. Khawaja. No one wanted to hear us out or let us explain what problems we have been having with our boy but Mr. Khawaja listened and teamed up with our... sons doctor to help get my son reinstated on the felony probation he violated 3 separate times after being guaranteed to be revoked with TDC time per our first retained misinformed counsel. I retained Mr. Khawaja from a recommendation from our priest and he passionately advocated to the judge our position and against all odds the Judge reinstated the probation and amended the conditions of the probation to account for my sons mental health issue. People like my son slip through the cracks and sometimes become felons because of cheap and lazy incompetent lawyers. Mr. Khawaja made me happy to pay his fees and because of him my son will not be a statistic! Mr. Khawaja showed super attention to detail and his confidence comforted the entire family through this stressful ordeal.

I am so thankful I met this lawyer. My doctor recommended I see Mr. Khawaja after a short conversation about my stress caused by a criminal matter. I called the lawyer and since the first consultation felt so grateful for his representation. Look I was guilty. I did it. I am someone who reads reviews on everything before making a purchase. For example, every major appliance or electronics item that I bought, I did major research to make sure I was getting the best product. So when it came down to finding someone to defend me in my criminal case, I made sure to resea...rch and find the best attorney I could. That person happened to be Ibrahim Khawaja. After stumbling upon Avvo, I went through several attorney reviews, hours of time spent researching and reading (slight OCD lol) because this was very important to me. I was significantly stressed out. I finally went and met the final few that I chose out of the many on here, and Ibrahim won me over immediately. After the first court date, he could tell I was stressed because they were not offering me any chance of a dismissal. He looked me in my eyes with a smile told me I have nothing to worry about. He told me to relax and that "he would fight for me to get this dismissed". Me being naturally skeptical of someone saying that to me who I just met, I believed him, but I was still stressed out in the back of my mind. Well fast forward to last month, Ibrahim fought for me like he said and got me in a position where God willing, I will be getting my case dismissed. He told me from Day 1 not to worry, and just last month smiled and told me "I told you there was nothing to worry about." This guy is legit. He answers calls, responds to your missed calls if he was in court, and always is a very positive and optimistic guy and fights for you. I highly recommend him to anyone who was stressed out like myself, or anyone else who needs someone who will get you great results!

Mr. Khawaja represented my 17 yr old son after his first run-in with the law. We had no idea what to do or expect since it was our first time in a courtroom. He treated my son like a young man who made an error in judgement, not a delinquent, which I greatly appreciated. He was confident, firm, an...d caring. He was able to negotiate logical terms with the DA that we could meet in order to get the charges dropped, much to our relief. I hope to not return, but if I do, my first call will be to Mr. Khawaja.
