Mitcham is an amazing lawyer that genuinely cares about his clients. He'll discuss every little detail with you, and go above and beyond his duties as an attorney. He's represented my ex husband on a couple of different occasions, and consulted with us on charges for other family members. Every t...ime he was able to get the charges dismissed. For family members, we would consult him and tell their lawyers to go the way Mitcham recommended. He's researches the case files and everything even though he wasn't the representing lawyer. He really deserves to be where he's at right now.

I have been through my case and completed probation/community service, paid all my fines and set free. Years down the road I needed my record cleared to get a home. David Mitcham was very informative in walking me through everything, his secretary was kind and helpful. I could hear him talking to her... while she spoke to me on the phone about me, then he got on the phone himself. Day of court he shows up, gets everything taken care of and I never had to step to judge (though my case it wasn't necessary). Afterwards we consulted, he answered all my questions, and informed me of how to deal with issues that may arise later on. Great guy, wish I had him when the case started, seems like he really would have made things better.

A word to the wise considering you got caught up in Harris county. Sorry, the system is rigged and you're on the receiving end of a long and very dry ordeal. No matter who you choose if it's your ass on the line consider this. Is your attorney going to be incarcerated with you? and, You gotta pay to... play. David's a straight shooter so if it's a LOS defense he'll stick to the "That's preposterous", moral high road in a game of who's dirtier. Harris county will take you on a ride. Period....slow & methodical. Do your homework as if your life depends on it. Demand nothing less P.s. If I would have listened to counsels advice, I'd have a felony posted on record, lost driver's licence for a year and a few dozen community service hours. You don't want a friend of the court, you want a pitbull...

Very professional Attorney that takes time to get to know he's client. He will fight and give every case the attention it takes for a victory. I have come to acknowledge the fact that regardless who you are, you could need a Criminal Defense Attorney. At a very low point in my life, my poor judgement got the better of me. I was charged with a misdemeanor and I went through a horrific, scary, embarrassing and the worst experience of my life.... I needed a competent legal help. But how does one go about finding that? Right from the beginning he explained to me the whole process, my options, and possible outcomes, and he assured me the best outcome with least damage. And, he helped me achieve that. Right from my first day at the court, and for the next one year period after which the charge was dismissed, Mr Mitcham was there. He gave me enough time and responded to my questions by calling in person - what a relief, when all I had heard was stories about people not being able to reach their attorneys in their time of need. I trusted Mr Mitcham a hundred per cent and I am truly grateful to him for seeing me through this difficult time. My case was dismissed following a pre-trial diversion program. Mr Mitcham often said - 'In days to come it (incident) will be a dot in the back mirror'. How reassuring that sounded! And yes, I am working towards making that happen. While I wish that no one ever gets on the wrong side of law, but if you ever do (for whatever reason), I absolutely recommend David Mitcham to be your attorney.
