I have come to acknowledge the fact that regardless who you are, you could need a Criminal Defense Attorney. At a very low point in my life, my poor judgement got the better of me. I was charged with a misdemeanor and I went through a horrific, scary, embarrassing and the worst experience of my life.... I needed a competent legal help. But how does one go about finding that? I went online and read through reviews after reviews of attorney's specializing in criminal law. Finally, I took my chances on Attorney David Mitcham for two reasons - his extensive experience as reflected on his website and my first meeting with him. He was very professional, understanding, humane and non-judgmental - qualities that gave me a degree of comfort in opening up and sharing my experience with him. Right from the beginning he explained to me the whole process, my options, and possible outcomes, and he assured me the best outcome with least damage. And, he helped me achieve that. Right from my first day at the court, and for the next one year period after which the charge was dismissed, Mr Mitcham was there. He gave me enough time and responded to my questions by calling in person - what a relief, when all I had heard was stories about people not being able to reach their attorneys in their time of need. I trusted Mr Mitcham a hundred per cent and I am truly grateful to him for seeing me through this difficult time. My case was dismissed following a pre-trial diversion program. Thank you god and thank you Mr Mitcham. I am writing this review, so that other people can benefit from knowing that David Mitcham is great attorney, with excellent ethics. Mr Mitcham often said - 'In days to come it (incident) will be a dot in the back mirror'. How reassuring that sounded! And yes, I am working towards making that happen. While I wish that no one ever gets on the wrong side of law, but if you ever do (for whatever reason), I absolutely recommend David Mitcham to be your attorney.
