Gracious Listener. Expert Knowledge. Pure Professionalism.

Ms. Swisher took the time to listen, then provided me the name of an attorney who was in town and could possibly assist me in my divorce - due to her being out of town. After that did not work, she listened some more and helped me understand the steps that I could take on my own for my impending tria...l, knowing that I was not working. Great Attorney...

Ms. Swisher represented me for a retroactive child support case brought against me although I had consistently supported my child. She worked with me patiently every step of the way to build my defense which we were successful in winning the case. Ms. Swisher felt like more than just a lawyer with th...e level of her involvement and genuine concern for the outcome of my case. Parental Modification

Mrs. Swisher helped me get the best results from my modifications to parental rights. She was hired for a custody battle and after some determination, I decided to modify my overal rights in detail. The outcome was fantastic and although we were ready to go to the end I wanted to just be able to have... part in my sons life. I would highly recommend her and hopefully hate to rehire for further service in this matter I certainly would use again!
