NEXT AG for TEXAS ???

I met Attny Swisher back in 05-2018. When I met this great Counselor I was homeless and suffering from PTSD. My life had been turned upside down, LITERALLY ! I’m a US Marine Legal Specialist. I’m used to being the HERO, NOT THE VICTIM. I was trying to get myself together but my focus was all over the... place. We were in a conference room at Career & Recovery and I was just spewing out stuff that I thought should be on my resume and the person that I was talking to didn’t agree. Attny Swisher stopped what she was doing and asked to see my resume. I showed it to her and she said “You have great info on here and a lot of good skills but your formatting is weak for the day and times we’re in you should update it to what the exec’s want to see today.” No fuss no muss, just polite and straight forward, BUT with command in her voice. Then she asked if I had any other issues. I told her about some legal ticket issues and Attny Swisher told me how to address them. I did EXACTLY what she told me to do and low and behold the tickets got dismissed. There were a couple of times after that, that I needed legal counsel and she came through for me. Even when she couldn’t represent me she sent me to someone who had my 06:00 (Back). When you got a legal war going on GOD & Attorney Cheryl L Swisher is all the ammo you need to win the war !!! Attorney Swisher I salute YOU !!!

When facing a battle for your freedom or in life-you give those to GOD AND GET C.L. SWISHER FOR THE WAR-AND WIN THE WAR!!!!!!

In November of 2022 my son...took our family into... a war...as he was battling for his life...he was 18......he is Autistic(*Ms. Swisher has vast knowledge and expertise working with clients who have intellectual disabilities)...and he had never been in any legal battles... was preparing to GRADUATE... HIGH SCHOOL...and he had been charged with a First Degree Felony.(* he GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL TODAY AND MS. SWISHER GOT HIS CASE DISMISSED TODAY!!!) I immediately began contacting attorney's and found the best for our son...the best for our family... C. L. SWISHER...and she gave her all...even in dealing with my ever inquisitive heart and mind...when I was snared by the enemy and doubt crept in and worry and fear and anxiety...and depression...and distress...and all manners of evil tried to attack...ME first...then KENNIS...then his Father DAMIEN. It was a war...that became a battle...that I had to give over to GOD...and walk...not walk away...walk by Faith!!! Ms. Swisher in her confidence prompted us on our son's behalf...to remember who we are in GOD. I became QUEEN MOTHER...and Damien was truly a KING...and we gave our all to preserve...who GOD SAID WE ARE...a royal priesthood...a peculiar people...every court date...we were there-praying for our son and others...every Bond Supervision...we were there-encouraging and motivating...every counseling session...we were there-being transparent and accepting counseling ourselves...every doctor's appointment we were there-to ensure his well being!!! Time got harder...court days being pushed back and reset...and Ms. Swisher was giving her all to help us and not getting what she needed, at times ...and warring...as we were battling titles and labels...not deserved. *because we did not know this war...we did not know how to walk through our child facing LIFE...yessssss, the maximum sentence for our son was LIFE and the minimum was five years...for the offense he had given to him...all of which we did not understand...and me being Mama...it was extremely hard...to tell him...I did not know, yet; I could ensure him Ms. Swisher did and she was doing her best for us. We have never stated our child was perfect, nor ourselves and...we did not in this matter either...we trusted GOD to show forth...who we ARE and HE USED CHERYL LYNN SWISHER...to carry our HIS righteousness(faithfulness), to vindicate for our son...and to ensure we knew HE IS TRUE TO HIS WORD...our son has a future and a hope...of promise. Kennis had persons...I promise from every walk in life...praying with him...praying for him...pleading his case and they were not his attorney, alone...or us...GOD SENT PERSONS...GOD GAVE A WORD...GOD CONSOLED AND COUNSELED... GOD HEALED AND HE DELIVERED OUR SON...and as we have always said--the streets and the enemies can not have our children and MS. SWISHER MADE SURE OF THIS---WE ARE FOREVER INDEBTED TO HER AND HER LEGAL TEAM AND WE LOVE HER!!!

15 years of blessing

Miss Cheryl Swisher is one of the best lawyers I had ever came across I have never ever dealt with a drug case before but I took charges for it and when I tell you that Miss Cheryl was one of the most understanding most amazing and so easy to talk to about the case she opened up and told me everythin...g I needed to do and guided me because like I said it was my first time and if I tell you that the blessing said she gave me after that my life has been completely different all because of her and I want to thank Miss Cheryl for everything she had done for me and I know she's going to make a difference in this world because of the heart that she has for her job⁸

C.L. Swisher- Ethics. Strategy. Integrity. Results!

I filed for my divorce in June of 2019 with no legal representation. I was getting nowhere in terms of seeing my children or regaining a sense of self (easy to lose this in these situations) or any type of peace of mind. Ms. Swisher was referred to me by a family member and that referral alone has do...ne more to change the trajectory of my life in the past 2-3 years than anything else. And I knew once my daughter expressed to me that she knows that she has two parents who love her, I knew it is all going to be worth it in the end!! Ms. Swisher has worked with me financially, has given great counsel to people I’ve referred to and has been the ally and advocate I’ve needed during this whole process. Forever grateful for her!

Great Attorney...

Ms. Swisher represented me for a retroactive child support case brought against me although I had consistently supported my child. She worked with me patiently every step of the way to build my defense which we were successful in winning the case. Ms. Swisher felt like more than just a lawyer with th...e level of her involvement and genuine concern for the outcome of my case. I would highly recommend her as I have already done so with my family and friends.
