NO BILL = CASE DISMISSED!

I can honestly say that Attorney Swisher was diligent and honest with me throughout my entire case. I was worried if I’m being completely honest. I’ve never been in trouble and didn’t know what to expect facing a felony charge. Attorney Swisher kept in constant contact and reiterated to me that she w...as going to do everything in her powers to get my case dismissed… and she did JUST THAT! I got the call from her yesterday that the grand jury chose not to even indict me and instead to just drop the case. She put together a grand jury packet for me that summarized me as a person and not as a statistic of this charge and it painted a clear picture of who I was and aided in my freedom. I am eternally grateful for all of her hard work and due diligence. She was affordable and tenacious, never letting up and staying on the DA about dropping my charges and IT WORKED! Of course I want to thank God for this blessing, but I have to thank Attorney Swisher eternally because without her, I do not know that my case would have ended in this manner so swiftly. The DA kept trying to push my court date back and Ben me up on this fraudulent charges but Attorney Swisher was RELENTLESS and NOT GOING FOR IT. So thank you so much for all your “woman” hours and for fighting for me in a manner that lets me know that I do matter. You told me from the beginning that I had a strong case and even though I wasn’t confident, YOU ALWAYS WERE because you knew what you were capable of.. and I will forever be indebted to you. To all the readers, this is a real review. She is AMAZING.. words can’t describe her. She will fight for you to the end and get you the results that you deserve. You absolutely cannot do wrong with obtaining her as your counsel. A Detailed Attorney

This attorney was upfront with her fees. She kept me updated with every detail and step of the case. She was professional with my many calls. She always got back to me in a timely manner.

CPS Child Custody

I retained Ms. Swisher for a CPS Child Custody case. Let me be clear in saying that this suit was a tremendously hard goal to accomplish. I had all but lost my rights to my daughter. I had very little visitation rights and nothing else relating to my daughter. I contacted Ms. Swisher and she met with... me within 24 hours. Within 1 week, I had a hearing date. She worked my case as if it were her own. To say that she did it professionally, expeditiously, and caringly doesn't do the work, that this attorney did, true justice. Just a few months later, I was given Sole Conservatorship of my daughter. She worked tirelessly and diligently through my extremely complicated case. I would highly recommend Ms. Swisher if you need an attorney that is the BEST in getting the results you need. I am confident in saying that She will work to get more than you ever expected because that's exactly what she did for me and my family.
