NO BILL = CASE DISMISSED!

I can honestly say that Attorney Swisher was diligent and honest with me throughout my entire case. I was worried if I’m being completely honest. I’ve never been in trouble and didn’t know what to expect facing a felony charge. Attorney Swisher kept in constant contact and reiterated to me that she w...as going to do everything in her powers to get my case dismissed… and she did JUST THAT! I got the call from her yesterday that the grand jury chose not to even indict me and instead to just drop the case. She put together a grand jury packet for me that summarized me as a person and not as a statistic of this charge and it painted a clear picture of who I was and aided in my freedom. I am eternally grateful for all of her hard work and due diligence. She was affordable and tenacious, never letting up and staying on the DA about dropping my charges and IT WORKED! Of course I want to thank God for this blessing, but I have to thank Attorney Swisher eternally because without her, I do not know that my case would have ended in this manner so swiftly. The DA kept trying to push my court date back and Ben me up on this fraudulent charges but Attorney Swisher was RELENTLESS and NOT GOING FOR IT. So thank you so much for all your “woman” hours and for fighting for me in a manner that lets me know that I do matter. You told me from the beginning that I had a strong case and even though I wasn’t confident, YOU ALWAYS WERE because you knew what you were capable of.. and I will forever be indebted to you. To all the readers, this is a real review. She is AMAZING.. words can’t describe her. She will fight for you to the end and get you the results that you deserve. You absolutely cannot do wrong with obtaining her as your counsel. Thank you again Attorney Swisher and although I loved our encounters and love your attitude and charisma, I hope that we never have to cross paths again❤️

Absolutely great

Mrs. Swisher is a great lawyer. She has great communication and doesn’t mind answering questions. She is compassionate about helping others and she got my case dismissed. I highly recommend her!

The absolute best

She was absolutely the best lawyer to be hired. She didn’t sugar coat, she helped with parts of the case that weren’t understood, and got it dismissed in a timely manner.

Professional and knowledgeable

Ms. Swisher assisted me in my divorce over 10 years ago. It was a very rough time for me but Ms. Swisher was very compassionate and understanding of my situation. She offered guidance and suggestions that helped the whole process go smoother for me. I'm forever grateful for that. C.L. Swisher- Ethics. Strategy. Integrity. Results!

I filed for my divorce in June of 2019 with no legal representation. I was getting nowhere in terms of seeing my children or regaining a sense of self (easy to lose this in these situations) or any type of peace of mind. Ms. Swisher was referred to me by a family member and that referral alone has do...ne more to change the trajectory of my life in the past 2-3 years than anything else. I retained Ms. Swisher in late February of 2020. Ethics. Loyalty. Experience. Strategic planning. Flawless execution. Ms. Swisher exemplifies all of those traits that I value in an attorney. Before I retained Ms. Swisher I explained to her that the person we were dealing with was not the most cooperative and would be quite the challenge. From the opposing party keeping the children from me unjustly, withdrawing them from school and moving to another city, creating false CPS claims, not showing up to any court hearings, dealing with an unethical opposing counsel, having a child with another man, refusing to obey court orders and multiple attempts at provocation, Cheryl Swisher stood strong, remained dedicated to me, my children and most importantly..she stood for what’s right and fair. She broke everything down clearly and told it like it was. When she explained the possibilities of things becoming more ugly from the other side, she always had a countermeasure in place. One of the biggest countermeasures was bringing in an amicus attorney. This move alone was a game changer! This speaks of the confidence she has in what she is doing. Bringing in an attorney that is not for me or the mother, but sole purpose is for WHAT’S IN THE CHILDREN’S BEST INTEREST spoke volumes to me about how she cared for the welfare of my children. Although the case is still in progress, things will be wrapping up soon. Divorces can be tricky and be hard on everyone involved directly and indirectly. During this time, I’ve had many great milestones during a challenging time. Reconnection with my daughters, reestablishing our relationship and growing it by the day, consistent visitation, support orders in place and back to celebrating birthdays, holidays and other activities that we missed out on for a year. The peace of mind this brings just can’t have a price tag. And I knew once my daughter expressed to me that she knows that she has two parents who love her, I knew it is all going to be worth it in the end!! Ms. Swisher has worked with me financially, has given great counsel to people I’ve referred to and has been the ally and advocate I’ve needed during this whole process. Forever grateful for her!
