Cheryl E. Irvin

Cheryl is an individual unlike others. My experience lasted 2 years which is why I can say this. She has a heart for people and it doesn't take you long to see this if you observe or walk with her downtown. There's hardly anyone who isn't aware of her, and I'm including a lot of the homeless. She doe...sn't always do things in a conventional way, but that is a part of what separates her from other lawyers. I have had several lawyers before and have experienced that once they've been paid, or until they are paid, you become an afterthought. This is not true with Attorney Irvin. You may be good if you believe you are, but you're probably great when others will tell you. So, in closing, all you have to do is ask around downtown and you will realize what to believe.

Did not update about case ever , $7,500.00 later did not know plaintiffs name. One hour late for court 5 times in a row. keep in mind this is coming from my notes. Voicemail full the entire time I was her client. She completely disagreed about submitting a signed sealed and delivered alpha davit from... plaintiff. she came out of court room every time with just a reset paper and in between time never submitted any evidence though evidence was conveyed even she verbal confirmed she had it and when asked again she forgot. Never gave me a call about my case. I always gave the follow up. she uses the hype of 35 years experience and that she was a judge in criminal court and has all these connections. I can go on and on but saving the rest for the Texas State Bar. Know one plays around when it comes to there freedom but Ms. Irving playing with yours she withdrew from my case and burned me for $7,500.00

Cheryl pays specific attention to the needs of her clients in advocating their defense. I ve seen her handle everything from Federal Drug cases to Murders with ease and surgical precision. There is no matter I would not lend her to or seek her advice. If you want a call back, a close understanding of... your case and an attorney who feels like family, this is the person.
