This is the first time I've ever left a review on a lawyer but it's well deserved! Ms. Irvin is the most gifted defense attorney I've ever encountered! She helped me beat a felony charge back in 1999 and it saved my life! I was so impressed by her knowledge and savvy that when my older brother found ...himself facing a weapons charge while on active parole hers was the only name that came to mind! My brother doubted me when I told him that I put my life on she's the best he can get in Harris County, but boy did she prove him wrong! She worked so hard. She was patient and diligent with her work! She used her resources to the full extent to win my brother a second chance at freedom and she got it for him! My brother was given probation for his charge AND because she did such an amazing job defending my brother that the parole board reinstated his parole and released him from jail! He was looking at about 25 years in prison if he had been revoked by the parole board! So just like in my case....she saved my brother's life! Did not update about case ever , $7,500.00 later did not know plaintiffs name. One hour late for court 5 times in a row. keep in mind this is coming from my notes. Voicemail full the entire time I was her client. She completely disagreed about submitting a signed sealed and delivered alpha davit from... plaintiff. she came out of court room every time with just a reset paper and in between time never submitted any evidence though evidence was conveyed even she verbal confirmed she had it and when asked again she forgot. Never gave me a call about my case. I always gave the follow up. she uses the hype of 35 years experience and that she was a judge in criminal court and has all these connections. I can go on and on but saving the rest for the Texas State Bar. Know one plays around when it comes to there freedom but Ms. Irving playing with yours she withdrew from my case and burned me for $7,500.00
