OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
This was a difficult case where we were able to convince the jury to vote not guilty.
OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
This case was interesting in that my client wanted to take a breath test, but the officer chose to ask for blood. My client was not in favor of giving a blood test in the filthy conditions of the Dall ... as County Jail. This case was tried to Judge Fuller as opposed to a jury.
OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
This was a good case for my client. The proscutors realized that and allowed us to try it before the Judge rather than a jury.
OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
This was a case that the prosecutors agreed to let us try to the Judge. The Judge quickly saw the flaws in the State's case and found my client not guilty.
OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
My client was charged with solicitation of a prostitute. My client had adamantly denied the charges from the day he hired me. He wanted his day in Court and even wanted to testify. The Jury chose to ... believe him over the officer and found him not guilty.
OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
This was a difficult case in that my client failed the breath test and did not perform well on the standardized field sobriety tests. Fortunately the Jury took their time and carefully examined the evi ... dence in the case.
OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
This was a case that I tried with another attorney, Craig Dameron. For my part of the case, I attacked the breath test. Craig and I were later asked to speak at David Burrow’s DWI seminar about this ... case.
OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
This was a tough case in that we had to beat the breath test, and my client waited to hire after the 15 day deadline to request an ALR hearing. Since we did not have a license hearing, we were not abl ... e to gain information about the breath test as soon as we normally would have. Fortunately, we were able to convince the jury of the flaws in the breath test and they found my client "Not Guilty."
OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
This was a case that was started by a 911 call of a suspected drunk driver. We were able to attack the credibility of the officer, and dispute some of the statements made in the 911 call. Craig Damer ... on assisted as co-counsel in this case, and we were able to convince the jury to find our client NOT GUILTY.
OUTCOME: NOT GUILTY
This was an extremely difficult and multiple day trial where my client was originally stopped for driving through an accident scene and almost striking a police officer when the brakes n his car stoppe ... d working. It also involved the combination of alcohol and prescription drugs. After a long and tough fight we were able to convince the jury to vote Not Guilty.
