This was a Public Intoxication ticket that we appealed from the City of Plano to the County Court. This was a bogus arrest from the start as my client actually passed the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test ... and was still arrested. We elected to try this case to Judge Bender, and it paid off with a not guilty verdict.

This was a dispute between family members as to who actually owned some property. We were able to convince the prosecutor that they would lose if we went to trial. The prosecutor did the smart thing ... and dismissed the case.

She was pulled over by a Dallas PD DWI squad mem ... ber off of Greenville Avenue. Despite an outstanding performance on the field sobriety tests, she was arrested. We were fortunately able to try this case in front of Judge Fuller before she was deployed to Afghanistan. Judge Fuller found her NOT GUILTY on both counts.
