Best Bankruptcy Attorney Around, Knowledgeable & Highly Recommended!

I recommended Erin Shank's law firm to anyone in the State of Texas. She and her legal staff will treat you with dignity while also providing you with accurate and up-to-date information about your case and the legal process. My bankruptcy seemed like it would be stressful but as Erin Shank's firm an...swered all of my questions with expertise, my tension was eased. Erin's 30+ years of experience with a concentration in only bankruptcy law were what made me choose her law firm over any other, and I made the correct choice. This means that you can feel secure in knowing that your case will be *properly* filed! If you're in the military, ask about the military discount. Erin also specializes in knowing the laws pertaining to military-affected persons in bankruptcy, so this should be important to you. Overall, with very reasonable fees, an awesome staff that communicates well, and decades of bankruptcy law experience, Erin Shank's law firm should be your first and only choice to get rid of your debt once and for all.

Highly recommended

I found myself in an impossible situation after a bad divorce. I looked many different places for help and found plenty ready to take advantage of my situation. This was very disappointing reaching out for help and being ponced on by wolves in sheep clothing trying to make a buck off you. Be ca...reful who you trust when it comes to debt consolidation, business offering to settle your debt, as sometimes bankruptcy is truly the way you need to go. It's not easy to find yourself in this situation but Mrs. Shanks staff made it as easy as possible. They see people when they are at their lowest low and without judgement work to make the best decisions for their clients. Easy to talk to, lots of experience and tell you just what to expect the whole way along. Speaking from someone who explored every option before filing for bankruptcy I would highly recommend you speak with Mrs. Shanks team first for them to explain the way the law works to help people who find themselves unable to pay their debt. Avoid all the people who want to negotiate your debt for a price as they make a profit from doing this and very often you would have been much better off to have filed bankruptcy and your credit in the long haul would have taken lessor of a hit. Bankruptcy is put into place by law to help debtors. This was the most difficult time of my life but it was such a relief to be freed of the debt and given a clean slate to start over. The calls from collectors stop and after a few months the chapter 7 is filed and behind you. It does pretty well ruin your credit for quite a few years but really not much if any worst than working with debt settlement companies. Be careful who you trust. Remember bankrutcy as nasty of a word as it is, It is a law created to protect and help people who find theirselves unable to make their debt. See a good lawyer first like Mrs. Shanks as some of these private debt consolation/settlement companies will try to convince you that you don't qualify for bankrupcy or you will lose your home/car. This in my opinion is a scare Tackett to try to make a $ off you. I was told this and it certainly was not true. I was able to file chapter 7 lost nothing I owned, stayed in my home and kept my car. Call Mrs. Shanks or research the bankruptcy law before visiting the so called free places just waiting to help.

Making the Best of a Bad Financial Situation

My husband and I have been very pleased with the legal services of Erin Shank and her professional and compassionate team. From our very first phone call, she and her staff have made a very difficult and embarrassing situation as pleasant as something like bankruptcy can be. Erin’s extensive experien...ce as a bankruptcy attorney shows in every aspect of this emotional journey. She has been, understanding, supportive, thorough and very accurate. Lena Hughes has also been very knowledgeable and compassionate with our preparation and situation. Thank you so much.
