Best Bankruptcy Attorney in Central Texas

My husband and I found ourselves in a position we had never thought would come, we were overwhelmed by credit card debit and medical expenses. We had moved to Texas for a fresh start and employment, (which meant we had left a lot of debt behind) and we had consulted earlier on (after first moving he...re) and we were told that we did not need a bankruptcy. When we met The staff at Erin B. Shanks office we were guided through the process and informed on all areas of bankruptcy so we were able to make an informed decision. We are forever grateful to Ms. Shank and her staff. The atmosphere in the office is relaxing and everyone treated us more like family than clientele. I would and have recommended Ms. Shanks firm to friends, family and even friends of friends that may be pondering the idea of bankruptcy. I will ONLY recommend Ms. Shanks office, I had other free consultations and none of them made feel like it was were I belonged. If you want the best Ms. Shank is it!!!!!

Caring professional, expert knowledge, sound advice & RESULTS

I can't recommend Mrs. Shank enough if you live in Central Texas and are in need of consultation regarding filing Bankruptcy. I was very resistant to file and it took me months to decide to go through with it. During that time, both she and her office staff answered questions for me, provided me with... accurate information and Erin was willing to do what it took to help me file Chapter 7, putting her extensive experience to work and filling out additional information to ensure I would qualify. I spoke to other law firms but it wasn't until I found Mrs. Shank's office that I felt confident I comfortable to work with them on such a sensitive and stressful event. As if that weren't enough, I was under a wage garnishment when I filed and they worked hard to expedite processing my case to stop the garnishment in time for Christmas. All in all, they treated me how they would have wanted to be treated, they went the extra mile, were great to work with, and above all provided sound advice with results- I am relived of this heavy burden and am so glad I decided to trust her and her team. They know what they are doing and they care about people and actually want to help them get out of their debt crisis. I would recommend her without hesitation, to anyone in need of information and help on filing bankruptcy.

Lifted a major Income Tax Burden

Ms. Shank has not only thoroughly researched and submitted major debt of over $600k to the court but has already relieved me of $38,000 in IRS debt. It's gone!! I can now easily repay the remaining income taxes in less than two years. She and her staff are knowledgeable, patient, efficient and cor...dial. I would not recommend ANYONE else to assist you with your credit and debt burdens.

High praise, a heart felt recommendation, and our deep appreciation to Ms. Shank

My wife and I worked with Ms. Shank when we were had hit a tough spot in our life after almost 7 years of financial struggle since the housing bust began and had to short sell our home. After losing my job and having to move my family to Waco, Texas, Ms. Shank represented us in our Chapter 7 petitio...n in such an outstanding way. We had a few obstacles thrown at us because of previous income level, unemployment, the family move, debt size, and a new job; however, she guided us through wisely and smoothly. We also came to Texas with leases that were black holes of potential costs due to the driving distances, but her legal counsel guided us through this soupy mess. I am beyond grateful for her immediate and professional availability. Her staff is outstanding as well. They are responsive, kind, and understanding during such a stressful time. There is some to be said for a person of such experience, knowledge, wisdom, willingness to help, and tenacity to fight for the client after 32 years of practicing law. I am grateful and humbled that she has helped up navigate through this dark time truly to a fresh new start. Please, consider her first for your lawyer. Others may be a bit cheaper, but you truly get what you pay for. When you deal with legal matters and things that can break or make a person and a family, I give you my wholehearted advice to invent her representation.

Best Bankruptcy Attorney Around, Knowledgeable & Highly Recommended!

I recommended Erin Shank's law firm to anyone in the State of Texas. She and her legal staff will treat you with dignity while also providing you with accurate and up-to-date information about your case and the legal process. My bankruptcy seemed like it would be stressful but as Erin Shank's firm an...swered all of my questions with expertise, my tension was eased. Erin's 30+ years of experience with a concentration in only bankruptcy law were what made me choose her law firm over any other, and I made the correct choice. This means that you can feel secure in knowing that your case will be *properly* filed! If you're in the military, ask about the military discount. Erin also specializes in knowing the laws pertaining to military-affected persons in bankruptcy, so this should be important to you. Overall, with very reasonable fees, an awesome staff that communicates well, and decades of bankruptcy law experience, Erin Shank's law firm should be your first and only choice to get rid of your debt once and for all.
