Mrs Shank and Melissa were both very helpful. They explained the process and answered all my questions and handled my case well. I hired Erin B.SHANK to help me with a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Erin and her staff were courteous and respectful, I was feeling a great deal of shame over my situation and Erin helped me to realize sometimes bad things happen to goodo people. Erin and her staff kept in touch frequently and worked aro...und my crazy work schedule. Even after the case was discharged someone filed a frivolous law suite that could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars plus attorney fees. Erin filled the appropriate papers ( she hast vast amounts of experience and a state of the art computer system) anyway the case was dismissed and I am on my way to rebuilding my life. I can't recommend Mrs. Shank enough if you live in Central Texas and are in need of consultation regarding filing Bankruptcy. I was very resistant to file and it took me months to decide to go through with it. During that time, both she and her office staff answered questions for me, provided me with... accurate information and Erin was willing to do what it took to help me file Chapter 7, putting her extensive experience to work and filling out additional information to ensure I would qualify. I spoke to other law firms but it wasn't until I found Mrs. Shank's office that I felt confident I comfortable to work with them on such a sensitive and stressful event. As if that weren't enough, I was under a wage garnishment when I filed and they worked hard to expedite processing my case to stop the garnishment in time for Christmas.
