Best Bankruptcy attorney in all of Texas

I hired Erin B.SHANK to help me with a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Erin and her staff were courteous and respectful, I was feeling a great deal of shame over my situation and Erin helped me to realize sometimes bad things happen to goodo people. Erin and her staff kept in touch frequently and worked aro...und my crazy work schedule. Even after the case was discharged someone filed a frivolous law suite that could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars plus attorney fees. Erin filled the appropriate papers ( she hast vast amounts of experience and a state of the art computer system) anyway the case was dismissed and I am on my way to rebuilding my life. I recommend anyone out there seeking the most experienced and competent bankruptcy attorney to call Erin B.Shank. I couldn't be happier with my decision to call her.

Caring professional, expert knowledge, sound advice & RESULTS

I can't recommend Mrs. Shank enough if you live in Central Texas and are in need of consultation regarding filing Bankruptcy. I was very resistant to file and it took me months to decide to go through with it. During that time, both she and her office staff answered questions for me, provided me with... accurate information and Erin was willing to do what it took to help me file Chapter 7, putting her extensive experience to work and filling out additional information to ensure I would qualify. I spoke to other law firms but it wasn't until I found Mrs. Shank's office that I felt confident I comfortable to work with them on such a sensitive and stressful event. As if that weren't enough, I was under a wage garnishment when I filed and they worked hard to expedite processing my case to stop the garnishment in time for Christmas. All in all, they treated me how they would have wanted to be treated, they went the extra mile, were great to work with, and above all provided sound advice with results- I am relived of this heavy burden and am so glad I decided to trust her and her team. They know what they are doing and they care about people and actually want to help them get out of their debt crisis. I would recommend her without hesitation, to anyone in need of information and help on filing bankruptcy.

Expectations Exceeded and Relief Found!

Mrs. Shank and her staff took a very stressful, exhausting situation and helped give my husband and I a new beginning! With 5 kids, 4 in college and one still at home, we were at our wits end with an unfortunate financial situation. Mrs. Shank filed chapter 7 on our behalf and with her superior kno...wledge we were relieved! We wouldn't recommend any other attorney than Mrs. Shank and her exceptional staff. They were always friendly, helpful and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

High praise, a heart felt recommendation, and our deep appreciation to Ms. Shank

My wife and I worked with Ms. Shank when we were had hit a tough spot in our life after almost 7 years of financial struggle since the housing bust began and had to short sell our home. After losing my job and having to move my family to Waco, Texas, Ms. Shank represented us in our Chapter 7 petitio...n in such an outstanding way. We had a few obstacles thrown at us because of previous income level, unemployment, the family move, debt size, and a new job; however, she guided us through wisely and smoothly. We also came to Texas with leases that were black holes of potential costs due to the driving distances, but her legal counsel guided us through this soupy mess. I am beyond grateful for her immediate and professional availability. Her staff is outstanding as well. They are responsive, kind, and understanding during such a stressful time. There is some to be said for a person of such experience, knowledge, wisdom, willingness to help, and tenacity to fight for the client after 32 years of practicing law. I am grateful and humbled that she has helped up navigate through this dark time truly to a fresh new start. Please, consider her first for your lawyer. Others may be a bit cheaper, but you truly get what you pay for. When you deal with legal matters and things that can break or make a person and a family, I give you my wholehearted advice to invent her representation.
