Mrs Shank and Melissa were both very helpful. They explained the process and answered all my questions and handled my case well. I hired Erin B.SHANK to help me with a chapter 13 bankruptcy. Erin and her staff were courteous and respectful, I was feeling a great deal of shame over my situation and Erin helped me to realize sometimes bad things happen to goodo people. Erin and her staff kept in touch frequently and worked aro...und my crazy work schedule. Even after the case was discharged someone filed a frivolous law suite that could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars plus attorney fees. I can't recommend Mrs. Shank enough if you live in Central Texas and are in need of consultation regarding filing Bankruptcy. I was very resistant to file and it took me months to decide to go through with it. During that time, both she and her office staff answered questions for me, provided me with... accurate information and Erin was willing to do what it took to help me file Chapter 7, putting her extensive experience to work and filling out additional information to ensure I would qualify.
