Courteous, poor follow up
My husband and I contacted Josh Pearson due to a lack of response from Wayne Bachus, in handling the estate of my father in law. Josh, was very sympathetic and informative of the law. He offered to send out a letter on our behalf to Mr Bachus. He stated that he would begin working on the letter the n...
I am so sorry that you feel this way. When I was hired for this case, I agreed to send a demand letter for a low flat fee and explained that if additional assistance was needed that it would require an additional payment. I followed up on this matter multiple times after the initial letter was sent, corresponded with your husband on several other occasions, and also gave additional advice on this matter when he was in a "pinch" later on. All of this was done with no additional charges incurred. I always try to do my best to take care of my clients even after the representation is complete. That is what I tried to do here and I apologize that you felt taken advantage of in any way. I hope that I will have the chance to make it right with you at some time in the near future.

Failed Custoday
I acquired Josh's services almost 2 years ago for a custody case. I understood it was a long shot, but win or loose I expected him to be knowledgeable and give his best regardless of the outcome. Josh was very friendly and courteous on the phone leading up to the initialization of my case, but since ...
I appreciate the feedback above and I have reached out to this client multiple times in the past few months to resolve the initial matter and several secondary matters that popped up. I always strive to provide great value to my clients and, as a result, have done the remaining work on this case for no additional fee. I hope that given the opportunity this client would agree that I have done everything I can to mend the relationship and bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

Termination/Adoption
You hope to never need an attorney, but circumstances may present themselves that require legal assistance. I requested Mr. Pearson's services a little over year ago concerning a termination of parental right and stepparent adoption. I had been to court twice prior and had spent over $7500. The f...

Mr. Pearson is the man for the job
I've dealt with a few attorneys within Bell County over the past few years, and my experiences have not been the greatest. I learned the hard way that cheaper isn't always better (especially when you need a good attorney). I contacted Mr. Pearson about my child custody/visitation issue and he explai...
