Replied last March 04, 2016I'm sorry that we had some miscommunication on this matter as we have always worked very well together in the past. As I explained in my communication there have been some significant changes recently to guardianship law, who can file, and how guardianships must be filed. We did take some additional time to ensure all new requirements were being met and there wouldn't be any issues later in the case. My office waived several fees and charges as a result of the client not being happy and issued a full refund of the amount paid for this matter. The client acknowledged in an email to my office that he received the refund check in the mail. I have not received any notice of a credit card dispute, nor do I understand why one would have been filed. I am very sorry this client was unhappy with this case and have reached out to him to attempt to discuss this matter further.
