Jeff Brown is a Criminal Defense attorney and Estate Planning attorney serving the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX metroplex. As a criminal defense attorney, Jeff helps people accused of criminal actions like DWI, assault family violence, possession of drugs, violent crimes, and traffic tickets navigate the complex legal system by preparing a complete defensive strategy. In the estate planning side of his practice, Jeff prepares a complete estate plan, with wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, so that everyone is prepared to take care of loved ones in the event of an emergency.
History
Jeff started his legal career in Florida. He worked for an international law firm in Miami, Florida. He represented businesses, governments, and investors, but wanted more courtroom experience.
He left the international law firm to work as a prosecutor. As a prosecutor, Jeff discovered his gift: fighting in the courtroom. Jeff developed his skills of persuasion in the courtroom, trying all types of cases under the sun, from misdemeanors to felonies.
After a few years in this capacity, Jeff switched sides and started his own law firm, with this sole purpose: to represent the people, to provide competent, caring representation, and to help these good people who were in a bad place get settled, right their ships, and move forward confidently towards a bright future.
Jeff is happily married to a wonderful woman and has 3 energetic young boys. He loves to read, watch movies, and golf. Jeff is also dedicated to helping the community. He is a Scoutmaster and a volunteer recreational soccer coach.
Jeff is an Eagle Scout and has won two Best Advocate Awards while attending law school.
