David Ralph Carmichael

In 2006, a church by the name of Carpenter's home was burglarized by three individuals named Scott linden dwan ebanks and another individual named Joey to whom's last name I do not know. Me and another individual by the name of George labrada who was underage at the time were trespassing on the prope...rty at the time of the burglary and when we realized that a crime had taken place. We ran away from the property only to have the police kick in the door of a friend's apartment and arrest us. I was held in jail for months while I was still only guilty of trespassing while Polk county tried to give me prison time. Carmichael suggested that I plead guilty instead of pleading not guilty even though I was in fact innocent. Then come to find out ebanks had been called a. Co-defendant which should have been illegal because the guy robbed a church and I didn't. This has absolutely ruined my life for the last nearly two decades.
