I was referred to Mr. Goline by a family member in September 2013, after I was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 1st and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. Mr. Goline was very knowledgeable regarding what options I had based off my situation. He was also very informative regarding possible punishmen...ts, necessary paperwork, and court appearances that I needed to attend. Mr. Goline definitely made the whole process easier for me to deal with. After discussion with Mr. Goline, he and I both agreed that the best option was to take a plea deal. The Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon charge was dropped with a Guilty Plea for the DWI 1st. I got 18 months probation, but it was the right call. My blood was over .20 at the time of arrest, so we both knew if it went to trial I was going to be found guilty of UCW because of the evidence.
