I can barely get in touch with him, and when I am on the phone he hurries me off of his line. My court date is around the corner and I have yet to speak with him regarding a plan. At one point during a phone conversation we had I feel like he possibly gotten totally distracted and replied with "wha...t?" Several times before I just gave up. He is not responsive and he has not kept me informed.
