Olivia Renee Ponce

As an attorney at Minor & Jester, P.C. in Denton, Texas I manage the firm’s estate planning practice and represent clients in probate, guardianship, trust administration, and related litigation. I work with individuals and families to design comprehensive estate plans, and I also represent banks and financial institutions in protecting their interests as executors, trustees, and creditors in complex estate and trust matters. My practice spans the full spectrum of legacy and fiduciary law: from drafting wills and trusts to guiding fiduciaries through contested estates, guardianship disputes, and high-value trust administrations. I also advise clients on business formation and real estate transactions.

Outside of the office, I sever as board member with the non-profit Hearts For Homes and I enjoy cooking Korean food, singing jazz, and spending time outdoors with my husband, Mario.
