Time is Money - hire this savvy, calm, and positive Attorney

Lindsay capably handled my legal issues with my ex-husband over the past 18 months. (He refuses to follow our decree(s) and we've both lost two prior attorneys from fatigue over the past 9 years.) Not Lindsay. She is indefatigable, gave good advice, responded quickly, and never performed extraneous... work without prior approval. We had a complicated case concerning an erroneous credit in the Child Support financial system. The first order with the court did not resolve this, and my ex-husband filed an invalid lawsuit against me. Lindsay responded immediately: 1) preventing this from going to court (does not show up on an internet search of me), 2) helped the opposing counsel work through the quagmire that is the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) - Child Support Division and 3) although I was against re-retaining my attorney to help the opposing attorney resolve an OAG issue, did so quickly and economically. Lindsay helped me to take advantage of my ex's delay strategy, sending nice emails to opposing council, bringing my ex up-to-date on decreed matters he refused to comply with (reviewing and increasing the child support, two years of ignored 50/50 medical support payments, and distribution of a 529 college fund to my son, etc.) This was priceless, I am still married to my husband. Seeing an attorney bill in my email fills me with dread (I usually wait 3-4 days to open them). Lindsay bills bi-weekly (in laymen terms I understand), and for the first time, a balance on account was quickly refunded to me. I have only one minor child and two years to go. I will need Lindsay one more time to bring the 50/50 medical payments up to date. Thankfully, Lindsay has offered to be there.

Inexperienced; Disappointing on every level

Lindsay seemed to be highly interested in my case during the initial consultation. She used a single-mother angle to gain my trust. When we arrived for our first custody hearing, Lindsay was clearly not prepared for the hearing at all. She made several mistakes, and displayed an immense lack of exper...ience handling a very delicate situation. She allowed the judge and opposing counsel to walk all over her (and me), and just sat there looking embarrassed and frightened.

A-Class Human Being and Attorney

Lindsay Partridge is one of the best things that happened to me during my custody battle. I couldn't be more grateful. Going through any litigation can be difficult, especially if it involves your children and Lindsay worked hard to make sure I was protected and supported during the entire process. I... felt as if I received an education during the suit, a new understanding/acceptance of my situation and protection for any future litigation.
