We retained Brent Hill less than a week before our hearing. I am the mother of a special needs child, and was served to go to court regarding my daughters medical needs. My ex wanted to take all medical rights away from me. My daughter had a stroke at age 3 and has miraculous medical progress in t...he last 4 year. Taking me out of the picture as far as her medical needs and decisions would’ve been extremely detrimental to her health.
