Dont HIRE THIS LAWYER!!!!!! Rose anna is very unprofessional and down right rude and disrespectful. My brother was offered 10 years with a court appointed lawyer so we hired Roseanna and paid her over $10,000 to take my brothers case; however my brother was still given the same 10 years the court app...ointed lawyer got for him. She is very rude and seems like she is angry all the time. DO NOT follow up or question her b/c she will curse you out and hang up in your face. She did not file any motions, and when it came time for him to plea she tried to then convince him not to and look over the evidence with her.... WHAT, ALL THIS TIME AND THEN YOU WAIT TO LAST MINUTE TO DO THAT. She was always gone out of town dealing with her mother when she had clients to deal with... If you value your life or your love ones life do not hire her and waste your money b/c you might as well go with the court appointed lawyer b/c Roseanna does nothing to help you, If you ask too many questions she gets mad and she even went far enough to call my dad a TRAINED MONKEY. She should not practice law and needs to retire b/c she is rude all she does is take your money and does nothing for you..... My brother had no prior record and still got time... This lady is horrible.. i wish we would of went with our first instinct and chose the first lawyer we met!!!!
