From the initial returned phone call to our last meeting after my court date, hands down Mr. Kennedy has succeeded all my expectations!!! When I first started ca...lling attorneys, Mr. Kennedy was one of the few that personally returned my call. I knew at that very moment that he was going to represent me the best but I continued my research and meetings. Once I arrived and met with Mr. Kennedy in person, I knew 100% he was the ONE!! He is not a part of a big group firm, he is a one man show with the exception of his assistant Jenna. I hired Jeff to handle a DWI case. I was impressed by this man from the start. Within an hour of messaging him on Avvo, I had been contacted by both his assistant and Jeff himself. In the consultation, he laid out options and was very receptive to questions. I hadn’t hired him yet, but he was already... helping to remedy the situation. This level of excellence was maintained after I hired him as well. He has many years of experience and knows the Tarrant County Court system well. In our meetings he knew, from memory, detailed character profiles on my assigned prosecution and judge. His candor was confident and reassuring.
