WOW! Frank is amazing. He went above and beyond to get my divorce finalized. I knew from the moment I met him, he would get this done for me. I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Skipper regarding my divorce this year. Frank came highly recommended. During our first meeting, he helped ease my anxieties and reassured me I would get through this. During the initial consultation he stated his fees would not exceed the retainer but ended up costing me over five times that amount. He stated he was going to be very aggre...ssive on my behalf, which I do not feel that he was. I do understand I was one of several clients but towards the end of my divorce I had to follow up with him and his staff several times before getting a response or returned call. On more than one occasion I had to notify his office to correct their typos to my name and address, which resulted in more costs on my end. He was very kind and comforting when I was distraught but I had more faith in him that I should have.
