Customer service is what brought us back!

We had used Ms. Kern in the past for a work place issue. She was very informative as to where we stood in the matter legally. Gave us options in the advice along with her personal recommendation. We appreciated her prompt and informative response to the mutil-level questions we had. For those reasons... is why we called her again when a family matter came up. We need quick answers/ legal advice on a pressing matter that had minors involved and made herself available for just that. We appreciated that she respected the urgency and made the effort to evaluate the case before deeming it as, "call you back later in the week" or "email me and i will return in by next week.". For us customer service is most important and she hits the mark!
