I would highly recommend this lawyer if you want someone that is honest and shows integrity but isn't afraid to stand up for what's right. He will not take your money and rip you off in an unethical way like unfortunately we discovered happens way too much in the family courts. He truly will look out... for your child's best interest at all cost and exhibits an extreme amount of integrity which in his profession seems sadly difficult to come by

We had already been ripped-off by two other lawyers while trying to gain custody of our grandson. They took our money and then said that grandparents had no rights because we had no standing. We turned to a local group called Fathers for Equal Rights, because we had read the law and knew we had st...anding, but we couldn't find anyone to believe us and file on our behalf. After he checked out the exactness of the law, he filed the necessary papers to get it started., and long story made short, my son gained the custody of his son in spite of the TENDER YEARS practice that almost always gave custody to the mother if the child was under a certain age (5 or 7 I think). Because he listened and filed, we finally got court time to prove how dangerous the mother was and my son was awarded sole custody. She could only have visitation once a month for two hours and it had to be supervised by an officer of the court. She could no longer be alone with the baby boy. He was 2 years old at the time. It may not be an exaggeration to say that John Stoutimore saved this little boy's life. Honest to a fault, compassionate, keenly aware of family code laws, and more. No show boating in court, in fact his integrity seeps out of every cell in his body for all to see.
