I just got out of prison and this guy got me the worse deal ever I should of represented myself to be honest.so I don't know what happened with my case but he was hands down one of the worst lawyers I've ever had.He will send u straight to prison and seems like he was helping the district attorney mo...re than helping me.i know his adds say dismissal yeah right I'd like to see someone he got dismissed for real.very disappointed and if he's it lawyer just drive down to the prison yourself and turn itself in cause he didn't do flip with my case

I was appointed the attorney Jeffrey Boncek quickly after my night in jail . As a first time offender I was terrified of the days to come. You often hear court appointed attorneys do not care about you. That wasn’t the case with Jeff . He was very professional and was always very detailed with the ta...sks at hand . I was not educated on the legal system and he took the time to explain what was going on and why. Jeff was very determined for justice to be served in the proper manner. I had many questions and sometimes needed him to explain the same situation repeatedly and he was always willing to help me understand. He also was able to get me an amazing deal after months and months of not giving up. I would strongly suggest you hire Jeff for any of your legal needs. He is very professional and will make sure you are taken care of .

Mr. Boncek never took the time to reveiw my case. He began offering plea bargains before my case went before the grand jury. Mr. Boncek, despite my multiple requests, refused to put me in front of the judge. Mr. Boncek told me and my family that the only piece of evidence I could have used was inad...missible. Mr. Boncek further told my family that they could bail me out at any time; knowing my bond had been revoked. Mr. Boncek has no business practicing law. He should be disbarred.
