Extremely professional, proficient in skills, an exceptional ability to explain the concepts of the law. When, I originally came to Mr. Boncek I was very terrified of the situation that I was faced with, although with a sense of patience and understanding I was given a good consideration of what to e...xpect. I hired Erin Hendrix and Jeffrey Boncek to help me with a case that could’ve been a class A misdemeanor and that could have put my immigration status in jeopardy. They were able to bring the charge down to a class C misdemeanor that wouldn’t affect my immigration status. From the beginning they both ...answered all my questions and gave me advice on what to do to help get the case resolved. Not only did they keep in touch with me to make sure everything was ok but they also kept in touch with my immigration lawyer to make sure the outcome of the case would not affect my immigration status. Jeffrey always spoke with me after talking to the DA to explain what they were thinking and what he was doing to change their minds. On top of convincing the DA to give me a charge that wouldn’t affect me as much as the original charge, they were able to keep me from having to pay $5,000 that the person who made the claim wanted as restitution. I still have probation but Jeff let me know once that’s complete & the case is closed they could help me get the class C misdemeanor expunged from my record.

The guy didn't do anything to help me. My felony could have been quashed and turned a misdemeanor because the prior convictions they used to enhance hadn't been finalized. But he didn't tell me about that, he just shoved some papers in my face to get a conviction. I found out later from a different ...attorney what could have been done to help me. I sat in jail for 6 months and he forgot about me. It was like he didn't even open my file. He didn't know that my probation was being revoked because of this new charge and he thought I bonded out, didn't even know I was still in custody! This guy is no good, he just want to get paid and on to the next client!
