He was APPOINTED to my case for a Probation Violation for a DWI and got my case taken care of in a timely manner, was very clear and upfront when relaying info from the court, and i was very happy with the outcome of my case. But that's not even the end of it! Fast forward 3 months, i still have an i...nterlock on my car that should have been removed in April(its May). I called another attorney i originally hired for my case to get info on removal and they asked for more money so i called Russell Rowe... He took the time to look over the papers and find the info i needed and then emailed the courts for me. Two days later he emails me back with the Notice of Removal! A true mr. Fix It. I was in a tight spot receiving my 3rd d.w.i. When mr. Rowe and I connected. The D.A. was originally adamant on my punishment being 10yrs probation or 8 year prison.
