Rowe is the show!

I was arrested for possession of drugs when I was riding around with my friends, and I had a bunch of prior arrests and was looking at some serious jail time. Mr Rowe was able to get the criminal records of the other guys in the car and show the DA that they were all convicted drug dealers. We had se...t the case for trial but it was dismissed once he showed that information to the DA

Great lawyer

Russell Rowe was appointed by the court to represent me on an assault on my boyfriend. I wasn't really expecting much help from a court-appointed lawyer, but Russell has definitely changed my opinion. He found out about how many times my (ex)boyfriend had assaulted other people, and helped me find an... emergency shelter so I didn't have to go back to my boyfriends apartment. He set the case for trial, and after he discovered there was a witness that heard and saw everything, he let the DA know and the DA dismissed the case. It was really nice having an attorney who believed in me.

Fantastic lawyer

Russell was appointed to my drug possession case. His knowledge of the law was what got the case dismissed. The cops pulled me over claiming that the reason they stopped me was because my license plate was obstructed, but Mr Rowe found the code that said trailer hitch balls are not obstructions. The ...stop was therefore actually illegal, and the evidence the cops found in my truck was suppressed, and the case was dismissed. My lawyer kicked ass for me

He kicks ass...

My lawyer Russell Rowe helped me with two seperate cases I picked up, and got both of them dismissed. My disturbing the peace charge was dismissed at the first court appearance when Russell pointed out to the prosecutor that the law had not been broken by my swearing inside a private residence. The t...heft charge was also thrown out before trial after Mr. Rowe was able to prove to the prosecutor that my accuser was a complete liar. He could have easily beaten the case for me in trial, but he saved me the cost of a trial by showing the prosecutor the information he had acquired prior to the trial date being set. The case was dismissed with prejudice and I was able to get the arrest taken off my record. Russell is an attorney I have recommended to many of my friends and they have all been happy with the results he has gotten for them

Excellent lawyer

Russell was my court-appointed attorney several years ago. He fought hard on my case, and got my charges reduced when it was proven in a hearing that I was given no notice of the court order I was accused of violating. Since then I have used his services for several other legal matters. His attention... to the details of a case is remarkable, and he definitely knows what he's doing. Russell is an attorney you can trust!

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
