My disturbing the peace charge was dismissed at the first court appearance when Russell pointed out to the prosecutor that the law had not been broken by my swearing inside a private residence. The t...heft charge was also thrown out before trial after Mr. Rowe was able to prove to the prosecutor that my accuser was a complete liar. He could have easily beaten the case for me in trial, but he saved me the cost of a trial by showing the prosecutor the information he had acquired prior to the trial date being set.
