Richard L. Griffin

Mr. Griffin was assigned to my Legal Shield case through his firm in Fort Worth late in 2014. He advised me on employment contract law in Texas after I had experienced trouble with a company in a neighboring town. He was extremely professional, always prompt to respond to my questions and concerns,... and related information in terms that I - not being a 'legal eagle' - could understand easily. He never hesitated to correct me when my beliefs about my entitlements were wrong - but always did so in such a way as to make me feel at ease. He has always been very easy to talk to and never seemed to mind calling me back, no matter how many times it took to achieve the goal - writing a demand letter to the company who had signed my contract. He often called in the evenings (6:00-7:00) since he knew I was more available to talk at that time.
