Personable and detailed.

Very personable and willing to work with your specific needs. Went to bat for me when my bank did not understand trust laws.

Great experience with estate planning

Joe worked on a will and living trust for my wife and myself. He was very diligent in getting all of our background information and listened to what we wanted to accomplish with our will. Joe spent a good deal of time drafting and revising the documents so they would satisfy our needs and he was v...ery knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Joe to our friends and family for their estate planning needs.

Fully Probated Suspension issued in TX, 2001

updated on 11/10/2016

Fully probated suspension means an attorney is technically suspended but may still practice law. The State monitors the lawyer's activities during the suspension to make sure that he or she does not repeat the behavior.

Joseph’s comment:

“In 1999, I elected to leave private law practice to accept a position as Trust Counsel for a non-profit investment firm managing $2 billion in assets. Of nearly 400 clients represented by my firm, three ignored my notice to secure a new attorney to represent them and filed complaints that were directly traceable to their own inaction. The SBOT refused to dismiss the complaints, however, and I eventually decided it was best to accept a period of probation. I harmed none of complainants involved.”
