Biography
Ben Westbrook fights for his clients. When somebody is injured by another and the big insurance companies refuse to pay, Ben holds them all accountable. He will fight for the money that his client deserves and he does not back down.
Ben is on the Board of Directors for Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Bar College, The Tarrant County Young Lawyers Associaton, and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
Ben was named a Top Attorney by Fort Worth Magazine.
While in law school, Ben worked as a member of the Texas A&M Law Review and finished third in his class. Ben also interned with the 2nd Court of Appeals for the State of Texas, he published a legal article with the Kentucky Journal, and was elected by his fellow students as a 2L representative.
Ben is the father of three young boys. When he is not working, he enjoys coaching his boys in youth sports, reading novels, and watching college football.
