Best attorney in dfw....very professional, very helpful, definitely goes the extra mile for her clients, helped me and my family many times over the years, I've recommended her to some of my friends as well, and they were very satisfied with the results, recently dropped a 1St degree felony to misdem...eanor for me ... Amazing attorney, great crew, her and Rachel are a great team.

Would not recommend. Used her for a class B misdemeanor offense for which I was absolutely NOT guilty of. Ended up taking a deferred adjudication plea deal, because I was told that if I went to trial that i might not turn out in my favor, and that in 2 years I could have the offense expunged from my ...records. Well not only is my particular offense not eligible for expungement, but I'm also out of $3,500 in legal fees and court cost. And since then I've been told by numerous attorneys that even an inexperienced lawyer could have gotten my case easily dismissed. This was my first time ever needing any type of legal counseling, and I used Virginia because a friend referred me to her. In hindsight, instead of panicking I should have taken my time and did my own legal counsel research. In my opinion she is DEFINITELY NOT the attorney to turn to for misdemeanor infractions. Seek representation elsewhere.

Virginia was very straight forward with everything going on in my case... she made recommendations, and if you listen and do as she recommends... she can truly save your life and give you a second chance! Do NOT waste your second chance if this woman affords you one! (Which I can almost guarnatee sh...e will as long as you do as she says!)
