Virginia has not only helped me once or twice, but multiple times. And yes, it might not always come out in our favor, but it’s always the best possible outcome I could get. She goes out of her way to make sure you have your sh*t together and ready and will advice you, but also let you choose your ul...timate decision, and then advice that also. Easy to talk to, super friendly but gets down to business. A lot of attorneys will tell you, “Oh, that’s a typical text book dismissal case.. I could’ve gotten that dismissed”... well, sorry to tell ya folks, that’s a LIE. Some get lucky and some don’t. But some of us, get lawyers like Virginia, who will tell you straight up what she thinks. If you take it trial it could possibly get dismissed, or it could possibly not. At the end of it, she gives her advice and I chose from there, and the verdict never ever turned out to be a complete failure, it was always a success. Yeah, she’s a little expensive. But you pay for what you get. And you’ll get the best

We hired Virginia to take care of legal issues with my daughter (unfortunately for my daughter, on more than one account). She is caring and works above and beyond to do the best for her clients. I have also hired her for myself to take care of a ticket that I received after trying to help my daugh...ter out on one of those occasions. She truly does what is best for all involved and her cost is very fair! I would strongly recommend her for any occasion when you need someone on your side!!

Would not recommend. Used her for a class B misdemeanor offense for which I was absolutely NOT guilty of. Ended up taking a deferred adjudication plea deal, because I was told that if I went to trial that i might not turn out in my favor, and that in 2 years I could have the offense expunged from my ...records. Well not only is my particular offense not eligible for expungement, but I'm also out of $3,500 in legal fees and court cost. And since then I've been told by numerous attorneys that even an inexperienced lawyer could have gotten my case easily dismissed. This was my first time ever needing any type of legal counseling, and I used Virginia because a friend referred me to her. In hindsight, instead of panicking I should have taken my time and did my own legal counsel research. In my opinion she is DEFINITELY NOT the attorney to turn to for misdemeanor infractions. Seek representation elsewhere.
