My experience with Tanner Beard has been very frustrating. I understand that legal matters can take time, but it has now been almost six weeks since the July 7 hearing, and I still have not received the final order or the information I need to move forward. I have followed up because I have import...ant responsibilities that require this information, including making arrangements for an upcoming payment and being able to plan visitation with my son. I expected better communication and follow-through regarding these matters. My biggest concern has been the lack of communication and apparent lack of action after the hearing. I should not have to repeatedly follow up just to find out the status of the final order. I hope this experience improves, because timely communication and keeping clients informed are extremely important when someone’s family and financial responsibilities are involved.
