Biography
I have been practicing law for over 30 years. I was a Tarrant County Assistant District Attorney for almost 14 years and prosecuted everything from shoplifting to murder. I worked with the Narcotic Task Force for two years and prosecuted asset seizures and forfeitures as well. I have tried hundreds of cases, both prosecution and defense, during my legal career.
I am the Past President of the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and I am court-approved to receive appointments in Tarrant County. I also handle criminal law cases in Parker and Wise Counties as well. I am also licensed to practice in the Northern District of Texas and have defended a client in Houston in the Southern District.
I pride myself on individual attention to each client and working hard to provide the best and most vigorous representation possible.

Defense Investigator
I have worked several cases with Ms. Minick as her Investigator. She does care greatly about each and everyone of her clients. She demands that no stone be left unturned in defending her client. I work for a number of attorneys but Kim is absolutely among the best.

Amazing!
Kim was a God sent! I got arrested on a Sunday night and got out on Monday evening. I took Tuesday to research lawyers and hired her on Wednesday.
