Jane Ervin Willhide Fowler

Jane Fowler handled the final settlements of a will/estate, and was a blast to work with. She brings a sense of common sense to the legal world that all too many lawyers over look. She has personality and passion and understands nothing previously done is ever totally by the book. When there was a... missing clause in the will we were putting thru probate, she found all the undotted I's and uncrossed T's, and was able to fix them (legally of course) before the court could ask why they were not done. In other words, she came to court truly prepared. When it came to teaching us what needed to be done to make things run smoothly, she was clear and concise, and spent just the amount of time (and our money) telling us what was needed. She didn't simply pad her schedule to increase her billable hours. In court, She has shown fantastic talent in getting the court to work with her, seeming like she has established a good reputation with the judge as well as their staff (the people who actually make things happen). Our day in court when smooth, without a hitch, and I credit her for knowing the answers to the questions the judge asked, without ever looking like she was searching for the answer, or surprised by the question. In short, she is far from the stuffy 'suit' that most lawyers become, or who feel like their doing you a favor to take you money. Instead, she tells you from the start how she is going to earn your money, and then sets out and does what she says. If your expecting someone to blow sunshine, or make you feel like your right, when your not, this is not the attorney you want. Rather, she is the type to tell you that you screwed up, if you did in fact do so and then bend over backwards to see you get treated fairly.

She has done many things, both big and small and she has accomplished every task with ease and thorough explanations. I... have sent other friends to her for their needs.
