Cynthia L. Hill

Cynthia L. Hill is a seasoned public law and labor and employment attorney. Ms. Hill regularly advises private sector clients on human resources, employment litigation and labor law issues, offering day-to-day legal counsel on matters involving discipline, discharge, employee layoffs, disability and reasonable accommodation, family and medical leave, employment policies, government contracting, non-competition and confidential information issues. She also assists clients on risk prevention strategies. Ms. Hill has successfully represented employers in contested matters before state and federal administrative agencies and alternative dispute resolution forums, in grievance arbitrations and matters before the National Labor Relations Board and before state and federal courts.
