Seems like I should've read these reviews first. All below with 1 stars is exactly what I dealt with! Fighting for my rights when I paid an attorney for services. 3 tickets I paid this attorney for, should've learned my lesson after 1st one!!! No communication, called the day of trial saying I had 10... minutes to decide or I'd be dropped as a client and have to hire another attorney. This is after I called amd emailed numerous times asking for an update! Talked to Chase Horton and he tried to tell me he called me a week in advance, darn lie. I have all call logs and the emails from me pleading for someone to call me, that I had left messages, emails and called. No one ever answered. Once they take your money they want nothing to do with u!

Please be aware!!! This attorney is a big joke no communication skills once they get there money they are not concerned of their clients The rather take from those in who needs helps then doing the right thing I've got nothing but disrespect from staff and chase Horton himself I highly recommend f...inding better attorneys even if u pay a little more take it don't waste your time on small business men like chase even got a threat email back because I asked for a refund and threatened me because I responded to making a report of the him and complaints towards him and staff did not care their greedy and rather burn bridges over 300 bucks then doing business the right away watch him start to take some kind of action over the comment and truth I mean who in this world threats their cleints ? Especially when you fail to communicate and paid them in full I get threat alote alote and I take a few jabs but 1 thing I don't do is screw over a customer I hope he learns eventually how to treat people on the long run because with that attitude makes your business exposed

Paid them to do absolutely nothing, they signed no contest electronically and told me I had to call the courts for an extension on a fine for a traffic ticket, all in all I ended up paying fines in the same amount. When I called to speak to someone it sounded like a woman at home with children who ha...d zero knowledge except to read me exactly what I read from the email they sent. They are crooks they signed this document January 11th and the fines are upwards of 400 dollars for a 53 in a 40. NOW I CAN NO LONGER GET HELP FROM ANOTHER ATTORNEY BECAUSE THEY agreed to NO CONTEST. Crooks plain and simple.
