I'm very unpleased with the service and the way I've been treated by staff with Mr. Chase Horton's office. I'll start by saying that I was informed that no negotiations can be done with my ticket which was a Insurance ticket because I didn't have insurance or vehicle at the time of court. Now when I ...was at court Mr. Horton stated to me that negotiation would be put on hold into I was able to give him insurance to show prosecutor of the court, and once I obtained insurance he would go and negotiate with prosecutor(I was asked to obtain insurance even if I didn't have vehicle.). Two days later I obtained insurance and sent to Mr. Horton's office. Where I was advised that he would be going to court that week back in January 2019. I have since called almost every other week to confirm this was done and had not been. I contacted and spoke with Representative back in February and asked to speak with Mr. Horton in which she replied that only can be conference call that are limited on Fridays only. Red Flag. regardless what I paid for service I expect to be treated like a client and not a bug a boo. I was scheduled for Friday at 1 pm well when I called for conference call it was actually with same assistant that set me up with meeting with Mr. Horton who then started to instant message him with my questions instead of me being able to speak with him. I have since contacted Mr. Horton's office several times through text, email, and phone calls and still same thing "he is still waiting on negotiations with prosecutor, don't worry this will not go to trial" yesterday Tuesday 03/27/2019 I received an email after speaking with an assistant of his Monday 03/25/2019 given the same info. I received and email and text stating I was going to trial which means can be on your record or conviction. I contacted office again where I was hung up on several times, and then received a text message from them stating I was speaking with to Chase Horton he then started to say things offensive in which I have screen shots of if I need receipts. Saying I was calling him a liar which was weird for me because I don't want anyone take it personal of my frustration I'm the one who has the issue. I trusted this man and now I am seeking legal malpractice assistance on the mishandling of my case as well of mentality. This has taken effect on my daily life as I drive for living and this could have major effect on my position and financial stability. I have reached out to obtain legal assistance as I have multiple text and written calls with the Chase Horton office. I really put a lot trust in his office and I now spending more money trying to get out this mess, and just to be clear no hardship here I can pay ticket and some. Please don't threat me of legal because this is a free country and I don't like my 1st amendment violated. supposedly speeding and I reach out to this office. They tell me that they can assist me with keeping it off of my record. So I pay the fee and wait. My issue is that after the court hearing, I get an email stating that it's just a straight plea. No deferred period or anything else other than a strai...ght plea. So I have to pay the fine and it's on my record. Which means.....I could've done that myself. So I paid the fee for what reason exactly when I couldve initially pled guilty and paid the fine months ago? What a waste. Being attorneys and dealing with these types of cases all day, every day, someone should've known that they couldnt do much for me and told me that the supposed speed was too fast and that they couldnt help me instead of taking my money and wasting my time. I’m writing this review to give a shout out to Chase Horton‘s law firm for doing a fantastic job of getting two tickets dismissed fully with no fines and penalties . Also this was on a commercial drivers license which affects my license significantly due to being a Federally regulated . I highly re...commend calling and spending your money with this firm if you want to have your ticket or tickets dismissed . They have a Lot of reviews some really good some really not so good but overall my experience with them was phenomenal .
